Round 1 :Ideation & Pitching

Participants are judged on the originality, relevance, feasibility, and clarity of their idea presentation. This round focuses on concept strength and how well the idea is communicated.

From 11:00 AM to 02:00 PM

Ideation & Pitching

Round 2 :Development & Progress

This round assesses how effectively the idea is being turned into a working prototype. It evaluates technical progress, usability, documentation, and teamwork during the building phase.

From 4:30 PM to 8:00 Pm

Development & Progress

Final Round : Completion & Impact

The final round evaluates the completeness, technical depth, real-world impact, and functionality of the final product. Emphasis is on execution quality, innovation, and scalability.
